Shopping Information

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Currently, we are only able to ship goods within the United Kingdom.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery timeframes depend on the product(s) you have ordered. If you have ordered a Custom-Made bed, these will be delivered within 28 days. For other standard products, these will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards. You should be able to enter your card details manually, or pay using Stripe.

 

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order on our website. If you do want to speak to us about an order, you can send us an e-mail on admin@daviddelilah.com and we will be happy to help!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We accept Refunds/Exchanges up to 28 days after initial purchase date, excluding customised items.

For a customised item, we offer a 3 working day cooling off period before we will begin to make the item. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for customised items as these are bespoke products that are created as per the required personalisation.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can use the tracking order number that you will receive in your confirmation e-mail. You then need to scroll to the bottom of the website and click ‘Order Tracking’. If you have any issues, please e-mail us at admin@daviddelilah.com.
